From Albuquerque, New Mexico, Ronnie is Tlingit Tsimpshian and Chippewa. His mother comes from Ketchikan and Craig, Alaska, and his father from White Earth, Minnesota. His medium is Northwest coast form line design, which branches into 2-D and 3-D carving and painting.
