Role: Part-Time Team Associate

Woodlands is looking for a dependable, upbeat Team Associate to provide flexible midday support for our retail team. This position will primarily cover staff lunches, assist during busy periods, and provide additional coverage when management and/or other team members are unavailable.

This is an ideal role for someone with a flexible daytime schedule who is interested in shorter shifts and part-time hours. This would be a perfect position if you are a stay-at-home mom with kids returning to school and want to make some extra income before the bell rings.

Must be available during the daytime and some occasional weekends through end of year.

Pay: Starting at $16.15/hr+ (higher DOE)

What You’ll Do

-Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

-Receive, organize, and oversee inventory

-Assist with visual merchandising and product displays

-Provide friendly, knowledgeable sales support

-Handle cash and card transactions with accuracy

-Operate a modern POS system (Square)

-Receive freight and stock/restock apparel and merchandise

-Maintain a clean, organized retail space

-Engage customers with warmth and professionalism

-Support social media posts or stories as needed

-Assist with drafting customer newsletters

-Take on additional duties that support the team and daily operations
