 Pay: Starting at $16.15/hr+ (higher DOE)

Woodlands is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and upbeat Team Associate to join our growing retail family. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values strong communication, and takes pride in creating an exceptional customer experience.

What You’ll Do

-Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

-Receive, organize, and oversee inventory

-Assist with visual merchandising and product displays

-Provide friendly, knowledgeable sales support

-Handle cash and card transactions with accuracy

-Operate a modern POS system (Square)

-Receive freight and stock/restock apparel and merchandise

-Maintain a clean, organized retail space

-Engage customers with warmth and professionalism

-Support social media posts or stories as needed

-Assist with drafting customer newsletters

-Take on additional duties that support the team and daily operations
